Comprehensive evaluation: Although there is support, there is no point which can make use of Normal Monster.
Unlike Dinomist of star 5 WATER Machine, he corresponds to 《Chaos-End Master》and is easy to put in GY.
But I can't think of a way to make it work.

When defending this kind of monster, I think it's best to mention that it's a vanilla that can 《Chaos-End Master》...
There are a lot of such initial monsters, so it's not something that has to be this guy.
