Compared to Armored Psychic, it can be revived over there, but since the range of monsters that can be revived depends on the ATK of the opponent's monster, it tends to be indeterminate and may take unnecessary damage, but this one destroys the opponent's monster by battle. If possible, you can't revive, but you can definitely add one Psychic monster to your hand, so in that respect, it's rated higher than Armored.
