It's the opposite of 《Gaia Power》, but there is no similar card with another attribute.
It is difficult to use it as a meta for strengthening the defense of your own army, as it is often said, and for the opponent's EARTH.
I can only think of using it when there is a monster that really wants to use 《Inferno Reckless Summon》or 《Machine Duplication》.

In Season 2, there was a Field Spell that increased his ATK by 500 and decreased his DEF by 400 for monsters of each attribute, but for some reason the reverse version appeared only in his EARTH.
It's a Field Spell that seems better to use as a permanent meta for the EARTH Deck than to use it for combos that make use of increasing or decreasing the attack and defense of your opponent's monsters.
However, although there are differences in card types, if you want to weaken all of your opponent's monsters, there is Clockwork Knight, which works regardless of your opponent's girlfriend's Deck, so it's difficult to prioritize.

There are also combos that take advantage of weakening, but there is no doubt that it is a card that is difficult to use after all because it is highly dependent on combos.
