It's a recently super-enhanced "Wight" that brings back Prince, Gotouki, and all wight monsters that were removed with Allure of Darkness to his GY. In particular, Prince has no turn 1 limit, so quite a few wight monsters are excluded, and since all of the other monsters are dark, you can easily activate it by equipping it from the Union Carrier and using it as a material.
