Comprehensive evaluation: Can it be used if there are a lot of hand triggers?
The draw is slow at the end phase, and the cards you draw cannot be used effectively.
It is possible to warn against hand triggers, but if possible, I would like to take advantage of drawn cards.
Since I don't use extra decks a lot, Pot of Extravagance seems good.
The condition of drawing two cards isn't that hard, so it's not a bad draw source.

However, the activation condition is a songwriter. There are several ways to do this, and at the moment, it's easier to generate smog with turbulence or rabbits, or self-destruct with sheep clouds to generate tokens.
However, even if the conditions are met, it is even more painful to be able to draw at the end and late. Attacks tend to be delayed.
If you want to use it, you want to specialize it as much as possible to reduce consumption and satisfy the conditions. Duplication is possible, but it's a bit of an idea to adopt multiple copies of this that has an accident. I feel that it is a card with a strong habit.

I'm happy to draw 2, and it's possible to deploy more than 2 Cloudian in one turn with Turbulence and general-purpose cards. However, it is quite painful that you can only draw during the end phase of the activation turn.

In Cloudian, the only way to deploy two cards with the same name is Mutsumo's suicide attack or the smoke ball Special Summon with the effect of Turbulence. Summoning clouds can also be used, but the situation is somewhat limited. You can also summon a smoke ball with 《Tri-Wight》.
Either way, it is difficult to activate, and the draw is also the end phase. The draw is attractive, but the card is difficult to use. If you use it, you should put the axis on the turbulence smoke ball gimmick. I would like to create a build that can be properly used without being swayed by this card.
