It requires other Rokubu, has a low RBI, has to use the right to summon, and can't be summoned with Rage, so it's kind of inconvenient, but the RBI increase and draw effect are plain but nice. It may be useful for Rokumu, who consumes a lot of cards, because it is easy to run out of hands.
The problem is that you can't use it unless you're with Double-edged, Kageki, Kizan, and Shihan. In the case of Kageki and Kizan, the number of RBI points is insufficient... 　Even if it's double-edged, there are many cases where it's better to use Synchro Xyz instead of using this card.
