Even 《Cloudian Aerosol》can destroy two bodies, and there is no loss in terms of the number of cards consumed.
If you special summon "Cloudian - Storm Dragon" first, you'll get 1 Fog Counter when you summon yourself, and you'll be able to earn 1 more from that effect and remove it.
However, monsters that are resistant to effect destruction cannot be removed, and it would be easier to aim for a Link Summon by deploying with 《Cloudian - Turbulence》.
