There is a difference in being able to receive support from Ancient Gear and Equip Spell, but there is only the downward compatible effect of 《Full-Force Strike》.
For Ancient Gear, it's easy to attack by penetrating without removing it.

Not only is it basically unusable for higher ranks, but it's an ancient machine with a lot of penetrating power... the situations where it's needed are too limited.
Removing it in battle itself looks outdated, and it's better to adopt general-purpose removal or enhancement cards such as Braho.
It's not limited to this, but when I look at the ancient mechanical supporters from the GX era, they're really just industrial waste.

This card's effect cannot be activated by a suicide attack, so if your opponent uses defense monsters a lot, it might be worth using.
If your opponent uses monsters that are resistant to battle destruction, you don't need to go out of your way to use this card because it's a good prey for giants and ultimate giants.

It's a bit painful that it can't show its effect if it's destroyed in battle. It's good for combat resistance and recruiter countermeasures, but I don't think such tactics are required for ancient machines.

You can destroy monsters with battle destruction resistance.
However, there is an ancient machine titan that such monsters have as a weakness.
Rather than going through the trouble of fighting, it would still be better to remove it with cracks in the ground.
