I feel the times in the average evaluation.
In addition to being reactive to attacks, it requires a monster in the field, which is a tough condition in today's era of rampant removal. On top of that, I thought that 2:1 wouldn't be worth it for single target removal + burn.
There are some good matchups like Yubel, but there are more useful cards out there. It's too unstable to be honest, I don't think it's usable anymore.
