Discarding your opponent isn't that scary, but it's definitely a pretty nasty card as an ad.
It is easy to use as a mine, and when Herrera is called after being hit with this card, the bee cries. A perfect card that can also be used as a tuner.
Well worth the investment in the Jurrac Deck. Level 2 is also valuable.
