Overall Rating: With racial support included, he's good enough for the LIGHT meta.
Even if he isn't LIGHT, he has LIGHT in general-purpose Link Monsters, and it's useful to be able to stop its deployment.
The lock strength increases when used in conjunction with the DARK/Machine support card.
For example, if you use 《Heavy Metal Raiders》, you can't destroy it by battle, and it's easy to maintain.
However, there is a high possibility that it will not be useful unless you consider how far it will stick in the environment.
