Comprehensive evaluation: 《Hyper Hammerhead》is often better.
The effect can only be used when attacked, and defense increases are based on level, so bouncing Xyz and Link has no effect.
You can get support from Jurrac, but Hyper Hammerhead that you can actively use is better.

The effect of bouncing the attacking opponent itself is rather troublesome, so it's possible to use it. It tends to be compared to "Hyper Hammerhead", but "Jurrac" has a recovery role called "Jurrac Herra", so even if it is destroyed in battle, it can be left behind. On the contrary, with this defensive power, it will be rare to make use of the effect in the second half. Either way, it's not a card that gets used often, but it can catch you by surprise.
