If you use 《Unexpected Dai》etc. to issue 《Genex Controller》, you can summon without releasing.
However, his 5-star FIRE, which is easy to get a Special Summon, has something easier to put out, such as 《Super Quantum Red Layer》.

It's still a decent effect in Genex, but if you want to get level 5, there are a lot of things that don't use summon rights.
Even if it's limited to FIRE and Pyro, I think it's quite difficult to use this card because there are Suzaku that can be played from 《Instant Fusion》and 《Ready Fusion》.

If you want to get 《A・Genex・Accel》with only Genex, it is a candidate. Genecon can be played with 《Prediction GUY》, and 《Instant Fusion》is a restricted card.

Cards that require a Genex controller are all oddly mismatched cards, but this card isn't bad at all.
That said, if you just want level 5 next to the gencon, there's a lot more to it...

Completely material card. The status is low, the conditions are not loose, and the summoning right is used, so basically there is not much reason to prioritize this even if it is "Genex". However, if you want to use 《Thermal Genex》, you can consider it as a candidate. Since it has the name of "Genex", it contributes to the burn effect of 《Thermal Genex》. That said, if you're looking for stability, it might be better to use "Instant Fusion" to get "Suzaku" or "Flame Swordsman"...

Almost thermal material. Thermals do not have much merit other than RBI, so there is no need to be particular about them. Also, since this card uses summoning rights, 《Instant Fusion》is often more efficient. On top of that, I don't even have 2100 RBI...

A semi-high rank monster of flame that has the effect of summoning without release when 《Genex Controller》is on the field.
It has various settings and effects that require it to be synchronized with 《Thermal Genex》, and its abilities are not very impressive, so there is no choice but to use it that way.
FIRE's level 5 layer is thin, but even so, Suzaku and Flame Swordsman, which can be played with Instant Fusion, and the more versatile Red layer are large.
Low specs even as semi-advanced. The thermal itself isn't that useful, so it's a piece that doesn't go out of the realm of hobby.
