It's going to be a personal story, but the card I used to use a lot.
Instead of comboing with some card, or using it as part of a deck with a concept of winning with death, each attack randomly reduces the opponent's strength, and in some cases, it's a powerful card that can only be put in the deck one at a time. Spell/Trap cards can be buried during the duel without being used, and since it is a Continuous Spell, it will not be used up and cost is not necessary = strong.
It is a very useful card as a teaching material for knowing what a really strong and versatile card is.
