Compared to "Voltanis the Adjudicator", it is more flexible as it requires only one release. However, considering the existence of Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord, which cannot be destroyed on a large scale like over there, does not require any cost, and has attributes, it is a bit subtle.

The dark version of “Voltenis” is cheaper, but the number of cards is only 1. The same guy has DARK's "Vandalgion" as his rival, but even if he has 《Royal Decree》, he can handle 《Solemn Warning》and so on, so it shouldn't be too difficult to differentiate him.

Even after the darkness fell, Voltenis' movement remained almost unchanged.
Although this reduced the cost, the number of pieces that could be broken became only one.
I feel like it's better to compare it with Vandalgion, which has the same attribute, before the fall of darkness, but I can do a decent job here.
Thanks to being an attribute instead of a race, it works well with race counters.

When Counter Trap is activated, he releases DARK, he is Special Summoned, and the Darkening of Voltenis has the effect of destroying one card.
Anything can be released with DARK, and 2800 RBIs can be released with one body, and it seems to have quite the specs of having a destructive effect.
If you use a Counter Trap that negates the effect, you need Vandalgion, but you can't use Vandalgion with 《Solemn Warning》or the like, so this is the point of differentiation.
It's a card that is more maneuverable than the original Voltenis, but in the end, it's not much different that you need a card in the field, so this is my preference for construction.
The biggest bottleneck may be the cost specified for DARK. There aren't many cards in his DARK that go well with permissions...
