Especially in Lilo, it is a neck that infringes on the effect of Luminous, which is the key to development. Well, it's a card that's easy to search for, and depending on how you play it, it's easy to do anything about it.
In the past, it was considered to be used as a match for judgment, but now that there are more types of Lilo and removal types, I think the priority is stricter. Lilo itself is oriented towards short-term decisive battles, so there is little need to strengthen the holding position. The only thing that doesn't work well with Luminas is that he's deadly in Lightsworn, and I think he's used as a staff member to increase the types of Lilo.

I don't know why he's a beast warrior, but his own hit points are low, so he's easily dealt with by enemy low-level monsters. It would have been nice if at least the defense and attack were opposite... but he has Honest in LIGHT, so if he's lucky...

The effect is quite useful if it compensates for the low ATK, but please refrain from interfering with Luminous and Illusion due to the aforementioned characteristics. Illusions aside, it hurts that I can't use Luminous.
However, since the cards that target it have gotten worse and worse, the value of this effect has increased considerably. As for whether this card itself will survive or not, ATK is only 1200, and without Honest's help, it's too difficult...
