Overall Rating: Needs other cards to supplement ATK.
It is strengthened by the number of DARKs of his GY by its own effect, but it is difficult to destroy it in battle unless it accumulates considerably.
With 《Dark Honest》, he increases DARK and weakens the opponent's monsters, so it's a good matchup.
That said, it's not enough to dare to use high-level monsters in one draw with battle destruction.
You can get Parshath support, but then LIGHT would be better.

Parshath has fallen into darkness.
In the first place, it was already a problem at the time of the original card, which was a high-level attacker of 1900, but here there is no rule effect that allows Special Summon.
GY can enhance himself with his DARK, but it's modest at x100 and doesn't balance well with the cost of one draw.
Also, the effect doesn't trigger battles damage, so it's not something to worry about, but for some reason it cuts through penetration.

A Parshath that doesn't penetrate is not a Parshath...
I intended to make up for its weakness with an ATK increase effect, but it lost its main strength of penetrating and draw synergy, making it a mediocre card. Moreover, the ATK up is low in magnification and does not compensate for the weak point.
Draw Trigger has switched to Combat Destruction, but Parshath's unforgiving ferocity isn't there. Moreover, if you use the effect, ATK will be lowered as a bonus.
Battle destruction resistance quickly changes from a duck to a natural enemy. At least if it was Darklord Parshath, he would have Darklord support.
