The first thing that pops into your mind when you take a quick look is the existence of 《Witch of the Black Forest》. Or rather, this is the position of the remake version. Both the activation conditions and search range are clearly superior, and the status is completely the same, so basically this one is backward compatible. If we want to differentiate ourselves, we should take advantage of the fact that we don't have the name Turn 1 given to End of Errata and the fact that we don't have restrictions on the use of effects.
《Botanical Girl》also has a similar effect. The searchable range over there is less than 1000 defensive power, which is narrower than here, but it also supports effect destruction and is a Plant, so you can receive the same race support as the search destination. Is it easier to use over there?
Ultimately, this card shines when you add multiple Plants with 1001-1500 DEF to your hand in one turn...Is there such an opportunity?

It doesn't fit in that it's a Spellcaster and can't use Plant support.
There aren't many cards that require Spellcaster either.
Even if there is a way to deploy the searched monster from the hand, it can only be searched during the Battle Phase, so there is always a delay.

Although limited to Plant, it can search for DEF 1500 or less like Witch of the Black Forest, and since the search range has expanded from Botanity Girl, Ronfa is now within range.
However, the activation condition becomes a battle destruction trigger, and as a result, it is almost a degraded version of Botanity Girl except for being able to search for Ronfa.
As you can see by using it, the monster search that triggers battle destruction is basically very weak.
Furthermore, for Plant, which has strong intra-species synergy, the fatal racial inconsistency is a further blow.
At that time, it may have been possible to transfer with Lopo and others, but for Plant, which has evolved far since then, his Deck is like [Plant Good Stuff] that does not use theme monsters. There will be no seat for this monster at all.

Monsters that cannot be searched by botanities such as Ronfa can also be searched, but the fact that the trigger is battle destruction and it is not a plant greatly lowers the evaluation.

There are Ronfa and Gigapla that cannot be searched by Botanity in the search range.
Leaving aside the battle destruction, Ronfa can be searched with 《Sangan》, and if you can even pull that Ronfa, you can recruit all the plants.
And even if you can stack 3, if you want to go that far and call Ronfa, UFO Turtle is still better.
