As many have said, the concept of this card is to break through the battle with an effect like Sirocco. However, it takes time to line up the monsters, and the disadvantages are heavy.
Currently, there are more excellent enhancement cards such as 《Moon Mirror Shield》, and even when it first appeared, honestly, I think Force was still easier to handle.
As a power-up card, it's not easy to use, so if you want to differentiate it, you still need to use it in an unusual way.
For example, it works well with cards like Fire Phoenix @Ignister that can deal damage based on your RBI.
However, most of these cards refer to the original RBI, and they are highly dependent on combos, so I think the practicality is tough.

The disadvantage of not being able to deal battles damage hurts too much. If you use the effect, you will almost certainly be able to destroy your opponent's monsters by battle, but if you can't deal damage, it's better to just insert a removal card. The point that other monsters cannot attack is also quite severe.
