Overall Evaluation: Good with his other Equip Spells.
Morphtronic has low ATK overall and doubling it makes little sense.
If you equip 《Unstable Evolution》, you can reach 4800, but I wonder if it makes sense to do it for the level 3 Morphtronic deployment personnel.

However, since he can equip only level 3, it is quite a habit that he is limited to Morphtronic.
Bowdon, Scopen, and Remote Control are the easiest to equip, but doubling his ATK doesn't make much of a difference.
