It's going to be tough if you don't make use of EARTH and tuner support, and also take advantage of the overall strengthening.
There are also 《Tune Warrior》and 《XX-Saber Fulhelmknight》if you want to make use of EARTH support, such as releasing 《✪ Promotion》.
If you prioritize this one, you can revive with 《Junk Converter》, and you can keep this card and add Warrior to make use of the enhancement.

The compatibility between being a tuner and being a permanent effect is also the worst.
