It's not a monster that can SS under Saidra's conditions, but a monster that destroys a Spell Trap set by an NS trigger effect only when it succeeds in NS under the same conditions as Sydra's can SS.
It has a confusing card name, but it doesn't belong to the Phantom Beast because it's flicked by a horn.

The set destruction effect is good, but why is it a sidera condition and limited to summoning? If Magic Warrior Breaker was banned or restricted, I would still be satisfied, but by the time this card comes out, it will be unlimited.
