One of the first Tuners to appear in the Plant, and one of the first monsters to lose its raison d'etre.
Since its introduction, its effects have rarely been used, and it was a card whose existence value was concentrated in being a Level 2 Plant Tuner, and it was used partly because of its relatively high ATK. It wasn't that there was no time.
However, he soon fell out of use as soon as Naturia Cosmobeet, whose effect was more useful and also related to the theme, appeared in exchange for his slightly lower ATK for the same race, attribute, and level.
Well, to be frank, if you ask me if the effect of Cosmos is really useful, I wonder what it would be like, and I feel like this monster's effect is just too cruel...
The only thing worth noting is that it is the monster used by Ryuka in the anime, which now appears in several Spell Trap card illustrations.
By the way, Level 2 Plant Tuner itself has a small number of types even at the time of evaluation, and there are no outstanding monsters.
