It seems to have been used to some extent in Duel Links, but it's a card that doesn't have much use in OCG. If you have a card on your side that can do something in response to your opponent's increased G activation, or when you've finished playing the monsters you want to put out and don't want to deploy any more monsters, you can use this to make some pretty nasty moves. It may be, but I don't think it's something you do with a single hard-to-search spell card.
