There is almost no point to beat 《Scapegoat》. Can be used for Tribute Summon as the only differentiator, but that's it. If you convert tokens into Link Monsters with Scapegoat, you can Tribute Summon.

Advanced set is possible, but if it is limited to LIGHT, there is a looser restriction 《Photon Sanctuary》, which is only used when setting 《Pharaonic Guardian Sphinx》.

Compared to 《Scapegoat》, it is a Normal Spell on top of being less in number.

Scape is limited because it creates 4 walls on top of Quick-Play Spells, not Normal Spells.
