Comprehensive evaluation: Whether 《Spell Power Grasp》can be returned and reused.
It can only be used once per turn, and since it is limited to the Standby Phase, it is slow because it needs to be activated and waited for one turn.
It would be better to return about 2 cards to the Deck with 《The Transmigration Prophecy》.
If you're aiming to continuously reuse Spell Power Grasp for 3 or more turns, it might be a good move.

A card named Recycle but recovering Deck resources as it returns them to the Deck and is not directly reused.
The timing was slow and the arbitration change made it once per turn, so it was not possible to use it as a means of recovering deck resources.
With this card, the deck will not run out, so if you keep activating the recovery card and returning it, it will become an infinite loop, so it may be possible to use it for his deck like TOD.

Only Rituals, Normals, Spells, and Traps can be returned here.
Since it is permanent, the combo with the chain using this guy is the strongest. A combo with 《Mask of Darkness》is also effective.

You can recycle Spells and Traps into the Deck, but since it's the bottom, there's no way to search for it...
Also, returning it to the Deck for searching is kind of awkward.
I'm sure there are other good cards for that purpose as well. 《The Transmigration Prophecy》, 《Pot of Benevolence》
