Thunder version salvage. Due to the status and location of collection, it may be easier to make use of the effect by putting it in his Deck, which is based on Watt and the Thunder family, rather than Thunder Dragon. Thunder is a relatively minor race, so his decks are quite limited, but I think the value of this card will skyrocket if a deck that uses Thunder monsters with low ATK as a cost to produce large monsters comes along.

Salvage is not weak.
Batteryman wants a leak from his Special Summon, so there's no problem salvaging it, although sometimes it's better to leave it at GY.
Also, in the case of Watt, almost all of him can be salvaged, and even if he is discarded with 《Wattcancel》, he can be recovered, so it seems that he will be noticed again if the relationship with Thunder becomes stronger in the future.
