Destroying Scrap creates a face-only storm, but it's out of the question to destroy the Factory, even though it's slow as a Trap card.
If it doesn't matter the front or back, "Malevolent Catastrophe" is the same as "Fairy Wind".

Crashing when it's already broken isn't just garbage anymore
The effect is backward compatible with 《Fairy Wind》and 《Malevolent Catastrophe》. Furthermore, it is passive and difficult to use. If the set card could also be destroyed, it would still be there.
