Comprehensive evaluation: Will it combo with 《Junk Warrior》?
You can set the Synchro Monster's level to 1 and issue a token that refers to the level.
If you don't want to issue a token that refers to the Synchro Monster's level, 《Battle Waltz》is also possible.
If you want to make the most of this, you'll be level 1, so it's still a combo with 《Junk Warrior》, but you can also do it with 《Puzzlomino, the Drop-n-Deleter》.
If you just want to use it as a material for another Synchro Summon while comboing with 《Junk Warrior》.

Easy to prepare high level tokens and easy to handle as S material.
Also, as already mentioned, it works well with Junk Warrior, allowing you to double your RBI.
The problem is the condition and trap. The basic S summon is performed on your turn, but the slowness that causes a one-turn lag due to the characteristics of Trap is a big drawback. It can be activated during the opponent's turn if used in conjunction with a tuner that enables S summoning during the opponent's turn or Trap Resurrection, but I feel that it is difficult to make good use of this token during the opponent's turn.
I think it's a difficult card to handle.

From this card + 1 non-tuner, deploying 2 tuners → synchronizing → activating this card → synchronizing again is the ideal flow.
However, depending on the level of the monster, it is difficult to connect to Synchro, and there are few cards that can make two tuners light ashes, and the situation is too limited. He's so quirky that he's likely to be kicked out of the Deck eventually...
