You can lock the attack and further weaken the attack and defense to 100, but the effect is not sealed and it is subtle that you can not use it as a weakening card.
Burn is also likely to be released late, so the impact on you and your opponent is small.

It's a card you don't see very often, but it's quite troublesome when used.
Any monster's ATK will be 100 points, so if you equip the opponent's monster with this card and attack with your own monster, you can deal damage equal to a direct attack.
Since it's an Equip Spell, it's also rated for support such as 《Hidden Armory》.
Also, if you equip it on his machine monster, almost all monsters can be increased with 《Machine Duplication》.
