Comprehensive evaluation: If it's a configuration that makes it easy to secure magic counters, should I put it out for Miracle Synchro Fusion?
It's enough to use 《Miracle Synchro Fusion》and put a magic counter on 《Magical Citadel of Endymion》to make the most of the effect.
If you keep 3400 while drawing or removing, it's pretty good.

Impression that if you can get it out easily, it will be strong. It's not enough performance to think about devising and operating it.
The basic RBI is as high as 3400, and it has 1 draw or removal and no peculiar effects.
However, if you use the effect and consume the counter, the RBI drops greatly, and unlike Arkanite, it is once per turn, so it has a solid performance for better or worse.
Usability is getting better with the increase of card pool.

A Fusion Monster with Spellcaster Synchro and his Spellcaster as material.

Compared to the original "Arcanite Magician", there is a limit of once per turn, so there is no explosive power, but the 3400 RBI that comes out of one card is quite powerful. Both effects are powerful enough that it's a worthy card to include in his Synchro Summoning Spellcaster Deck.
