In the early days of Synchro, it was strangely difficult for level 4 tuners, so there was a section that was seen as an act of using a single card.
There was also 《Flamvell Magician》for that.
Currently, level 4 tuners themselves are not uncommon, so there is almost no use for them.

It's possible to turn a monster into a tuner, but if it's going to consume this one card, it's fine to have a tuner in from the beginning.
There are many benefits such as 《Raiden, Hand of the Lightsworn》, and monsters should be prioritized over this card and monsters that cannot be searched.
