A card with some value as a substantive theme-only resurrection spell with dedicated search and recycle means.
As for the effects, the activation conditions are troublesome and there is no room for choice. It's not strong or many, but if you only use the first half of the effect, the only effect you can get is "Monster Reborn", which can only revive your GY monsters, which is very limited.
I think that there is still room for further development from the contents of the specified effect in the latter half, so let's expect more in the future.
