At the end, it returns to the Ex Deck, but you can use attacks, effects, and materials until then. Even if you return, you can definitely reuse it. It can be reused uniquely to 《Scrap Iron》, and the opponent wants to destroy it normally, but in that case (2) is targeted. An excellent card that can pass (1) or (2) unless the effect of (1) is negate and destroyed or Cosmic Cyclone is used.
