With the effect of (1), if it is an "Unchained" Deck, I think it is excellent that you can destroy the opponent's or your girlfriend's Spell / Trap at will while getting the merit of destroying the "Unchained" card.
Even if it is sent to GY, if it is an "Unchained" Deck due to the effect of (2), it can self-regenerate while destroying the "Unchained" card and gaining benefits, so I think there is no waste.
Although it is a high-level monster, I think there is no problem because it can be recruited by destroying "Unchained" Spell / Trap, and by special summon / recruitment when low-level "Unchained" monster is unchained by her.
