I think it's excellent that "R-ACE" monsters can gain "status enhancement, monster effect resistance, and one-time battle destruction resistance" by the effect of (1).
Even if it is sent to GY, the effect of (2) will set GY's "R-ACE" Spell, so I think there is no waste.
You can search with "R-ACE Intruder", and you can set him from the deck with "R-ACE Turbulence".

(1) increases his Rescue-ACE status and grants resistance.
It is invulnerable to monster effects and has a large stat increase value, so its performance against monsters is greatly improved during the turn it is activated. On the other hand, it's powerless against Spells and Traps, and since Rescue-ACE isn't good at removing his Spells and Traps, it's a little dissatisfying that it can't make up for that weakness.
This card itself is a trap card, but with the help of 《Rescue-ACE Hydrant》, you can aim to activate it on the turn you set it. It's pretty cool to be able to do this combo when you're just a little short of your opponent's LP.
(2) is his spell card set. Since the Normal Spell card does not currently exist, it is a bottleneck that you cannot use the set card immediately, but this can also be activated by comboing with 《Rescue-ACE Hydrant》.
