Compared to 《Libromancer Intervention》, the priority is lower, but when you use it, it's a normal strong control-taking Trap. It is normally competent to negate the effect or take the opponent's monster without demerit.
However, like Libromancer Intervention, he doesn't have the effect of special summoning GY's monsters, so it can be difficult to develop the next turn.
It will probably mean that you should ritual summon the monster that has taken control as a material.
Also, you can use normal Libromancer monsters instead of Ritual Monsters.
The monsters bounced to your hand can be used again in the next turn, and since the opponent's monsters also have "Bounce in hand during the end phase", it can be effectively used as a removal.
There are times when it's better to dare to do so, such as monsters that you don't want to drop to GY.

If you put it in the deck, you will bring it when you are picking Libromancer Intervention.
