If you Ritual Summon "Libromancer Fireburst" with this effect, using "Libromancer Firestarter" on the field, it cannot be destroyed, or banished, by card effects.

It's a romance card.
If you were to put this card in your Deck even though you have Libromancer First Appearance, and pay Libromancer Firestarter as a cost to play Libromancer Fireburst, what would be the merit...
Moreover, even if you put out 《Libromancer Fireburst》to that extent, it is useless for release and bounce, so it is too unreliable.
At the very least, if "ATK is doubled", it would have been acceptable as a finishing card.
I like the concept though.

It's a waste of time to use a Fire Burst with 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》, which is worthless to use even though it was a ritual with a Field Spell.
The lower class is strong and has a ritual gimmick, so it seems that overseas it will be a link solitaire theme.
It's not unreasonable with this.

It's a pity that the range of the card to be played and the card to be materialized is the same as the early Ritual Spell, but the biggest problem is that it can be done with Rising.
It has two names written on it, so it's an advantage to be able to prepare for it, but it doesn't seem to be used unless you want to put out Libromancer Fireburst with resistance.
For the time being, it might be an insurance in case Rising is destroyed.

In general, the second effect of Libromancer First Appearance allows you to perform the ritual with less consumption, so there is not much point in using this card to perform the ritual. If there is a meaning to this card, since it has the text of Libromancer Fireburst written on it, it can be said that it makes it possible to use Pre-Preparation of Rites.
