Unlike 《Star Changer》and the like, it is good in that it can be revived because it is a monster, but unlike 《Silent Strider》, there are no high-level monsters that can be comboed.
If there is a high-level Synchro Monster that can revive this card, there is significance in adopting it.

By discarding this card from your hand, you raise your level by 1, and since it's an activation effect, if you hit your own monsters, it's useful when aiming for a higher level S.
However, even if I say that, it's only one level operation after all, so if you ask me if I'm going to use one card to do it, it's a question mark.
There is a use for it, but that doesn't mean it will be used.
