(1) is an expansion effect triggered by another R-ACE. As long as it is a high-level monster, I would be happy if it had such an expansion effect.
(2) is a draw effect in response to the opponent's add recovery. The advantage is +1, and R-ACE is even better because her GY card is also a resource. If you chain directly to the opponent's trigger action and Special Summon with 《RESCUE!》or low grade R-ACE effect, it will be difficult for your opponent to avoid it.
