The removal effect of (2) can destroy cards regardless of whether it is your own or your opponent, so you can aim for combos with cards that have non-destruction effects from destroying the opponent's board. However, the activation condition is a bottleneck, and only 3 EX or Master P can be used as a trigger. It can only be used when the Deck is rotating to some extent.
The effect of ③ is strong in search or recruit, but in "Dracoslayer", the effect of destroying cards other than the P zone is small. Basically, will the 2nd effect or Electrum be used as the trigger?
It's not weak if you can activate its effect, but it's not a card you want to use because it can't be used when it's around a certain amount.
