By special summoning a "Ninja" monster other than "Warrior" with the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that it can lead to "Kai no Ninja Meizen".
Even if it is sent to GY, the effect of (2) makes it difficult for the opponent to use single-target effects with the "Ninja" Deck, which I think is also a strength.
Thanks to "Level 4 Warrior", I think it's also a strength that it can be used as an X material for "Armored Ninja -Blade Heart".
