Like Zombie, Reptile is good at reviving, but since he doesn't have enough cards to Special Summon from his hand, he can be called with 《King of the Feral Imps》and used for Special Summon, 《Cosmic Slicer Zer'oll》or Xyz Summon. 《Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy》, which was difficult to put out with Reptile Deck before its appearance, can now be put out easily thanks to this guy.
If it's just that, it's easy to think that 《Reptilianne Coatl》would be fine, but the point is that you can equip 《Alien Stealthbuster》or 《Zohah, the Ogdoadic Boundless》during Special Summon.
If they meet the condition of "sent to GY", the effect will be activated, so just using Special Summoned Arasia as a material will lead to later developments.

The unique effect is the equipped Therion's Special Summon, which can increase the number of strikes and connect to rank 8 Xyz even though the hand cost is required.
Level 8 Therion has Regulus and Borea as its core, and Rank 8 itself also has many powerful Xyz, so if it was level 7, it might have been underestimated.

I know that Regulus won't be distributed to every race, but honestly, I feel like I'm missing out, including the fact that the stats aren't very aggressive.
Still, as a level 8 monster that makes Special Summon easy, it has a certain value in the Reptile Deck, supports searches by Lamia, the presence of Gorgonda as a rank 8X material companion, and Ogdoadic, whose theme is GY manure, comes up with a GY attachment target. It's easy to do, and there are some monsters that trigger effects even if they are sent to GY from an equipment card state, such as Zoha and Frogi, so there are some parts that mesh quite well.
As for the unique effect, if you use the effect of Empress A in your hand to equip GY's Empress B, you can fully utilize it in the Reptile Deck from the viewpoint of promoting rank 8X. Wouldn't it be nice to bring Regulus into play along with this card in your Reptile Deck?
