The Dragon can be doubled and strengthened, so it does not refer to the "original" number, so if it is strengthened, it can be added. Another advantage is the Quick-Play Spell.
The Dragon boasts of its fighting power, so there are plenty of powerful targets.
As for the additional effect, there seems to be a chance that it can be applied because Dragon is a major race, but this card itself can be negated, so there are many holes and it is close to a bonus.
The GY effect requires Dragon X, but there are many of his Decks that operate X in his Deck centered on Dragon. With Daribé and Galaxy-Eyes X, it is easy to make use of the above-mentioned enhancements, and it is easy to connect to stack summons, making it easier to use as a fighting force.
The lack of search means is a bottleneck, but I think it's a romantic piece.

Both ① and ② are excellent, not only 【Galaxy】, but 【Sacred Time】 and 【Red-Eyes】 also have Xyz tactics. If so, ranks 5 and 6 can be converted into Dragon's 《Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger》.
It's an excellent combat trick because it increases the RBI of the Quick-Play Spell.

The strongest Galaxy decisive battle! (half gire)
The illustrations are cool. (1) is 《Limiter Removal》, a dragon-only card with a single target. 《Blue-Eyed ・Chaos MAX ・Dragon》is 8000 double pierce. Any Dragon is fine, so when you don't want to deploy too much, you can defeat it with a bare 《Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon》. (2) is for deployment, and if it's "Galaxy", it's basically Xyz, so it's easier to line up large cards side by side. Since it's only one of them, if it's used, (2) is used in a set with Foolish Burial Goods, and if it happens to come up in your hand, (1) would be the place to go.
