Self SS card for common materials.
It's not compatible with level 1 cards with the same name, and when using (2), you can only attack with X monsters.
When I can't get a one-kill heroic, there are times when I want to fight with Heroic Challenger - Assault Halberd and use search, but it doesn't work well with the ability to revive level 4 with Heroic Champion - Jarngreipr.

I've been waiting for something like this!
A piece of intense [Heroic] enhancement that suddenly came. Special summon conditions that do not exist in the level 4 theme [Heroic], and the effect of selecting and matching levels 4 (sometimes 6) and 1. For a new Xyz theme, this is a wonderful enhancement with just the right amount of content.
…Or rather, more than anything else, I am most happy that the increase in the number of useful monsters has created the meaning of combining them in categories and the opportunity to activate the hidden (1) effect of 《Heroic Challenger - Thousand Blades》.
If this has an effect that leads to an advantage, there is nothing to say, but if you do it with this theme, it will be stable with the first attack, so it can't be helped.

A star 1 monster that is no different from vanilla on its own, but can be a new lubricating oil for heroics.
It can be deployed under loose conditions, and even level adjustment is possible.
Being able to choose rank 1 or 4 is very convenient.
It comes with an attack limit, but it's something that doesn't exist for Heroic, whose RBI personnel are biased towards X monsters.
Since there is no summoning limit, it is also good that X monsters other than Heroic can be deployed.

If it's a "Heroic" Deck, I think it's excellent that (1) his Special Summon effect (2) can lead to a rank 4 or rank 1 "H-C Yarlngrave" by changing the level. .
