The illustration looks like a scene from the OP of a robot anime, so it's cool.
If Obahan enters, you can negate the opponent's monster effect, or you can revive GY's No. is excellent.
In terms of ATK, Neotachyon would be the most compatible.
It's a Trap, so it's slow, but if you're building a deck around Ovahan, you should have at least one copy.
