It's clearly a card that is conscious of the pronunciation of Mr. Iwanaga, the voice actor of Malik, so it seems likely that his voice will be implemented in some game.
I think it's quite a punchline, and it seems like I've completely exhausted myself with the material, and in short, the effect is a battle destruction trigger.
Unless you can take advantage of being able to pull Revive out of his deck and put it in his GY, it's unlikely to be used outside of playing Malik.

While sending Monster Reborn to his GY, you can revive destroyed monsters, but I have to say that the condition for that is battle destruction, which is pretty tough these days.
It has the uniqueness of being able to revive with the effect of 《Monster Reborn》, but the places where you can take advantage of that advantage are very limited, and 《Millennium Revelation》, which is one of them, cannot afford to load such a thing in a Ra Deck. I don't see any reason to put aside the performance of , , , etc., which can be said to be upward compatible. Compared to 《Time Machine》, it's a low-level battle that's barely equal.
In the original work, 《Monster Reborn》is used like a Quick-Play Spell, so it seems like an original card to resolve the contradiction between the original and the anime, but unfortunately there is no shadow or shape in the anime. At the time, it would have been rated quite differently.

That being said, it's a card name with a high level of difficulty in the first place, with 4 of the 6 characters being in the sa line.
Since "Monster Reborn" can be hit with the effect of Trap, even if the spell is sealed, "Special Summon by the effect of Monster Reborn" can be done, but the corresponding card is a limited card, and other than that, Usability is the worst because there is a delicate activation condition that the monster is destroyed in battle.
If you draw Revive directly, there is no reason to use this card unless it is for follow-up or something else.
I don't think it's worth taking it to the point where it can be used in combination with other effects.
