By changing the hand cost to a Normal Monster, you can Special Summon a Materialactor monster instead, but at the time of evaluation, the only applicable monster is a monster with the same name. Even if you draw it, it's only useful for recruiting effects, and even if you X-summon "Materiactor Gigaboros" with two of these monsters, it will be extra strong compared to X-summoning with two level 3 monsters. It's not really, but rather, it uses 2 of the 3 Main Deck's Materialactors as X materials, so the effects of those 2 are almost useless.
I have to say that it is still unclear to what extent the cards called Materiactor are related to Normal Monster, and until Materiactor is completed as a theme, it is difficult to give an accurate evaluation.

It's excellent that it can instantly connect to Rank 3 Xyz, but it's weakness is that you have to equip a Level 3 Normal Monster for that. That said, there is a feeling that a new Materiactor monster will appear in the effect text, and if it becomes a theme that makes it possible for Materiactor to adopt Normal Monsters without difficulty, the evaluation will rise again.
