The effect can also be used with tokens, so it has a wide range of uses.

A Continuous Spell with effects that support anything other than Effect Monsters, just like Non-Spellcasting Area that appeared a long time ago.
Once every turn, every time a non-Effect Monster is Special Summoned by him, you can remove any card on the opponent's field regardless of front, back, or back.
If an EX monster that doesn't have an effect other than an Effect Monster is Special Summoned, it will still have an effect. I will use it.
For that reason, it can be said that the tokens that always come into play with Special Summons are the easiest to meet the conditions.
No matter which player puts a token in which field, it is the opponent's card that will be destroyed, so it is highly compatible with permanent cards that generate tokens.
The second half of the effect is that when the fence is destroyed by the opponent, monsters other than Effect Monsters on the other side of the fence will pop out. Since it can Special Summon, it's easy to use its effect if you have even one vanilla in your main deck.

A card that can shoot removal when playing vanilla
It seems that using tokens will be more efficient to remove than using vanilla monsters. There are plenty of ways to put it out on your opponent's turn.
However, since it's a combo card that doesn't work for searches, it doesn't seem to be expected to play more than a certain amount.
