Ritual Spell required to ritually summon Valero R.
In addition to normal ritual summons by release, you can also perform ritual summons by blowing up a Rokket in your hand or on the field. There may not be any monsters that will have an effect if you do.
Furthermore, there are no Rokkets above level 8, so you'll always need 2 or more monsters to perform the ritual in a unique way.
If you use the two effects of Dual Wheel, it's easy to line up two Rokkets that explode on the field and draw this card with a special search effect, but Dual Wheel is not a Rokket & self-SS effect is also possible. It's a superlative monster that doesn't exist, so it's pretty hard to put it on the field, and the preparation for GY is pretty tough, so I can't get rid of the feeling that it's not good enough.
The Valero R itself is strong, and the resistance given to Valero R by this effect is quite strong, so it's a shame.

For a Ritual Spell these days, it seems like a card that gives an understated impression.
It has resistance grants and destruction rituals, and the handling itself is not bad, as it is prepared for preparation and supported by Dual Wheel.
The added resistance is the so-called Heikan Full Armor resistance against monsters that came out of EX. Ineffective against Spell Trap, main monsters, and resurrected EX Deck monsters, but reliable resistance.
And in addition to releasing normally, he can destroy Rokket and Ritual Summon, and if you can Ritualize by destroying his Rokket/Dragon on the field, you can reduce disadvantage. 《Anesthrokket Dragon》, 《Shelrokket Dragon》and 《Autorokket Dragon》are somewhat sad because they are asked about their level.
I wouldn't go so far as to say that it's weak, but I think it would have been nice if this card itself had a function to reduce disadvantage.

It is possible to destroy his Rokket instead of Release, and if you can destroy the common Recruit effect, you can reduce the loss in End Phase Recruit.
The drawback is that the effect can only be used when Rokket is destroyed from the field, so it tends to rely on 《Double Disruptor Dragon》.
Resistance is a meta for EX monsters, and it is quite useful if it is not removed or destroyed in battle.
However, it seems that fusion summoning with 《Rapid Trigger》will consume less.
It is possible to search for 8 Stars with 《The Melody of Awakening Dragon》and use 《Double Disruptor Dragon》as a cost to activate it, but the impression is that it doesn't work well with other ritual support, such as being difficult to match.
